L’Orient Le Jour is a Lebanese daily independent newspaper published in French. L’Orient Le Jour was published on the first of September 1970, and was the outcome of a merger between two newspapers, L’ORIENT (founded 1923 by Gabriel Khabbaz and Georges Naccache) and LE JOUR (founded 1935 by Michel Chiha).
L’Orient Le Jour covers major topics like: Politics, Local and International News, Finance and Economics, Culture, Entertainment, and Sports. A weekly supplement, “Les Copains” is designed for the youth from 8 to 15 years.
